Advancement construction method "Shield method"

Adapted for depths of over 50m underground! A thrust construction method that penetrates the ground without excavating the surface.

We would like to introduce our "Shield Method" for constructing tunnels underground. Using a tunnel boring machine called a "shield," we advance underground while preventing soil collapse, safely conducting excavation and lining work inside to build the tunnel. This method adapts to a wide range of soil types and minimizes subsidence. It is also suitable for depths of over 50 meters underground. 【Features】 ■ Adaptability to a wide range of soil types ■ Minimization of subsidence ■ Simultaneous backfill injection is possible ■ Suitable for deep depths and high water pressure *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Mud-rich propulsion construction method

Achieving low thrust! Adopting a unique method for the excavation soil transport mechanism and the mud transport method.

We would like to introduce our "Mud Density Method" for thrusting, which can accommodate various soil types through head replacement. In this method, high-density mud water is pumped to the tip of the thrusting machine, stabilizing the face while rotating the cutter to advance, and soil is removed using a vacuum pump. The standard thrusting distance is approximately 100m to 300m per span, but thrusting over 500m is also possible. Additionally, curved construction can be performed. 【Features】 ■ Adoption of overcut ■ Stability of tail void ■ Achievement of low thrusting force ■ Realization of sharp curve thrusting ■ Smooth removal of cobbles ■ Fresh air is always supplied inside the pipe *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
